How we work


When placing an order the Customer has the following choice:

  •          Standard Diet (1000 kcal, 1500 kcal or 2000 kcal) - 5 meals a day
  •          Sport Diet (3000 kcal or 4000 kcal) – 5 meals a day
  •          Vege Diet (1000 kcal, 1500 kcal or 2000 kcal) - 5 meals a day
  •          Vege + Fish Diet (1000 kcal, 1500 kcal or 2000 kcal) - 5 meals a day
  •          Gluten Free Diet (1000 kcal, 1500 kcal or 2000 kcal)- 5 meals a day

  2. An example menu with allergen labelling can be found on the website under "Menu for today" and "Menu for tomorrow".

  3. Each diet offered by BC Diets is a set of 5 meals for the whole day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon snack, and supper.

  4. The menu available on the website is an example.

  5. Each meal is delivered in a sealed container with a self-adhesive label containing information about its contents and its energy value, along with the storage conditions, placed together with the other containers of the Meal Set in one collective package – a paper bag with the BC Diets logo and the Customer data, such as first name, surname, address and delivery time, as well as type of diet.

  6. In the case of a restrictive diet, i.e. with certain products excluded, the universal "Personalized Meal" label is used.

  7. Any restrictions are considered individually. Each diet has its own unique characteristics, so not every product can be excluded from it. If the Customer has any questions concerning whether a particular product can be excluded from their diet, they can contact us.

  8. A test diet is a set for one day, which allows the customer to evaluate how a BC Diets diet looks and tastes. It is the same set as that received by the other Customers on the given day for the given diet, but its price is lower.

  9. The Customer has the right to use a test diet once.

  10. Forms of contact with Customer Service:

  • By phone, on a chosen phone number, Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 18:00 hours and on Saturdays from 06:00 to 14:00 hours.

  • By e-mail. Addresses and contact numbers are listed on the website under "Contact".



  1. All order placed and paid for by 14:00 are delivered on next working day.

  2. At the weekend, meals for two days, Saturday and Sunday are delivered together on Saturday morning. It is possible to only order meals for Saturday, however there is no deliveries on Sundays.



  1. The Customer is entitled to cancel the Order on the date of their choice, not later than by 14:00, 1 working day before the planned date of cancellation. After 14:00, no change is possible.

  2. We are kindly asking customers to inform BC Diets about any planned change or cancellation of the Order by phone or by e-mail on appropriate e-mail address.

  3. The order is prolonged by the number of days for which the Customer used his/her right to cancel. The Customer is not entitled to receive a refund for the partial cancellation of the Order, however Order suspended/cancelled can be used within 30 days of suspension/cancellation.

  4. If the diet is changed for a more expensive one within the duration of the order, the Customer is obliged to make a payment by 14:00 hours on the day before the delivery.

  5. The Customer is not entitled to receive a refund for the difference in price if the diet is changed to a cheaper one within the duration of the order.
