2 New Diets are now available!

Due to many requests for this type of diets in the past months, our team has worked very hard to make sure macro and micronutrients on these plans are spot on.

We will still work on approximately 450 recipes to satisfy your taste buds!  

 

Less Carb plan has been created for people that are physically active and require carbohydrates on a minimum advised level.

Low GI plan has been created for people with diabetes, in a pre-diabetic state, with insulin resistance or for those who would want to limit sweet snacks and eat healthy.
